We took our Hawaiian Kona Espresso Blend for a spin and and made a French Vanilla Cortado recipe to share. When you use espresso pods at home there are so many drinks and ways to enjoy your brew but lately we enjoy a 1:1 ratio of espresso and steamed milk and wanted to share the idea with you all. All you need is, milk, creamer, coffee and ideally a frother. We add a splash of french vanilla creamer to the frother because it adds a bit of sweetness to the blend but that addition is 100% optional. Our Hawaiian Kona Blend is grown in the mineral-rich volcanic soil on the Big Island of Hawaii, Kona coffee is recognized as one of the best in the world. Our Kona blend was hand selected for its exceptional gourmet flavor and silky smooth finish. We roast our coffee just prior to shipping to deliver a delightfully fresh brew. We think it's perfectly delicious alone but below is our recipe for the French Vanilla Cortado! French Vanilla Antoccino INGREDIENTS 1 Hawaiian Kona Blend espresso pod Milk * we use soy milk but you can use whatever type of milk you prefer Splash of French Vanilla Creamer STEP-BY-STEP 1. Froth milk & creamer 2. Brew 1 single or double shot of espresso over frothed milk 3. Enjoy! It is such a simple step-by-step but truly delicious.
