Also, it has coffee it in which really helps when you are up early and moving or just trying to pack a little more buzz into your on-the-go snack. This recipe is so simple and the hardest part is melting PB & Honey -- which can be done in the microwave! So here is how you do it: INGREDIENTS 1 CUP OATS 1/2 Cup Ground Flax 2 TBSP HILINE COFFEE ESPRESSO 1/2 PB BUTTER 1/2 CUP MELTED HONEY VANILLA TO, TASTE CHOCOLATE CHIPS DRIED FRUIT STEPS: Mix together the pre-measured oats, flax & espresso. Once the ingredients are mixed evenly add the melted honey, peanut butter and vanilla. Again, mix together evenly. This next part is where it gets fun. We used chocolate chips & dried cranberries. You can also add nuts & other dried fruit! Once you mixture is combine roll them into 1 in balls on parchment paper and let them firm up in the fridge. They can be stored for up to a week in if they are in an airtight container!
