Cold Brew Popsicles

Remember our Coffee-Fudge popsicles from a little while back? It was such a nice treat we couldn't help thinking how we could innovate off of it with cold brew this summer. For those of us that like a caffeine rich afternoon snack this does just the trick. Plus, cold brew on a stick? Could there be anything better, cuter or more delicious. The exciting part about this process is like infusing your cold brew, you can make cold brew popsicles with any flavors. Seriously, get creative. The basics here are plain and simple, you can freeze coffee and that becomes a cold brew popsicle. That being said, you can take it to a whole new level and freeze the cold brew with flavors and add-ins. Some of our favorite cold brew popsicle are actually... iced lattes.
