Caffeinated Overnight Oats

Something we have been struggling with is breakfast on-the-go. We are stuck in the flow of grabbing coffee on the run but we know we need more than that to fuel our busy days. Our solution is a make ahead overnight oatmeal recipe that can be prepped in under 10-minutes the night before. Below is the perfect combo of ingredients that includes fruit & caffeine. Lets get to prepping!

Start by grinding the flax seeds, cinnamon, banana, milk and espresso. Add this mixture to a tupperware of the rolled oats and chia seeds. Mix everything together and set in the fridge overnight. In the morning the dry ingredients will have absorbed the wet ones and you will be left with a cold oatmeal full of flavor.

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
1 Shot Brewed Hiline Coffee Espresso
1 Small Banana
Cinnamon to-taste
