What: Butter + Coffee.When: Your morning coffee is best -- as least we think so. For us it provides added extra energy for us and kick starts our mornings in a different way and keeps off those mid-morning hunger pains. NEVER FUN. Why? What we have read is that it provides your body with essential fats and calories. That is science talking. In truth, that is good news for us as we are always on the run and if adding healthy fats to our coffee means more fuel to keep us moving we are in.
