People have questions about coffee. How it's grown, how it's roasted, where it comes from, how it's stored... but lately, there's one question we've been getting a lot that I'd like to address here: "You guys roast and sell your own coffee, right? How come you write so much about other people's coffee?" That's a good question. And it has a very simple answer. One does not, generally, get into coffee roasting by accident. If you're going to do something, it helps if you really love that thing. And at HiLine, we love coffee. We love our coffee, obviously, or we wouldn't be here. But we appreciate good coffee wherever and however we can get it, and that includes others' coffee. When we find someone whose love of the art and craft of coffee makes us sit up and take notice, we like to spread the word. The world -- and the world of coffee -- is big enough for everybody.
